Branca’s Return Policy
Branca carefully inspects every shipment before it leaves our warehouse. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 14 days of receipt (excluding antiques).
We accept merchandise returns within 14 days of receipt. You may return your merchandise at our store or mail it back to us.
To return your package by mail:
- Fill out the inquiry card provided with your package and state your reason for return.
- Merchandise must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
- Include original receipt or packing slip.
- Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable
To make a return at the store:
- Merchandise must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
- Include original receipt or packing slip.
Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected and you will receive your refund in one of the following ways:
- Store Credit
- A credit applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Exchange for equal value.
Antiques
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of quality in our attention to detail and the relationships we build with our Clients when purchasing an antique. Therefore, our policy with antiques is that all sales are final. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling of antiques, however we can help in providing a list of vendors that ship antiques. Before an item leaves our warehouse it is carefully inspected and carefully packaged. Upon the receipt of your antique, you should inspect immediately and note any problems or damages with the shipper. You have the right to refuse an obviously damaged box. A claim must be made with the shipper if an item is damaged and Branca will assist you in this in any way that we can.
